Y-Deri, is a stunning site of four detached, cottage style properties in Llanigon, on the outskirts of Hay on Wye. Sited in a beautiful meadow, next to the Dulas Book - each property has spacious gardens and generous private parking. The build of these properties has already begun, with a forecasted completion date of June 2024.
